Flames of War

I have just convinced my brother to play Flames of War, on the premise he can be the British.

This scuppers plans for the Soviet force I mentioned a while ago, but I am actually starting to like the look of the Germans, so I doesn't bother me.

Anyway, we were wondering which period you tend to play?

I seem to remember Late War being mentioned, but I could not remember.

We only want to know so we can occasionally play some games outside of each other, or against different armies without having to buy them.

Once I know where to start, I will post some lists up for critique, as I cannot find any FoW forums as of yet.

We play both Late and mid so you will be safe either way. The mid war is considered a more balanced era however you have to love the Paras in the late era!!
